Tried it during trail running training and it seems quite reliable. Very spacious in the front pockets, but a bit uncomfortable in the back because it's closed by a zipper, making it difficult to quickly put things in while running, like gloves or other items. Overall, a good product. Two 250 ml bottles, an iPhone, and energy bars fit comfortably in the front. It also has an emergency whistle.
